Bible Study (The former women’s Bible study) meets Wednesdays at 10:00 in the Fellowship Hall. Contact the church office, 814-371-7777 with any questions.

Harmony Bible Studies are held for residents of Gateway Towers on Mondays at 10:30 in the Community Room, residents of Gray Apartments on Tuesdays at 10:30 in the Community Room, residents of St. Michael’s Terrace on Thursdays at 10:30 in the chapel, and the general public on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday here at Bethany’s Fellowship Hall.

Camp is a great place to grow! We recommend Camp Mission Meadows on New York’s Lake Chautauqua. More information is available at http://missionmeadows.org/

We encourage you to follow the plans that God has for you. Perhaps you are called to hospitality, perhaps giving, perhaps adoption, supporting missions foreign and/or domestic, or community service. If you would like to help with Bethany’s ongoing service projects, here are some opportunities:

Community Dinners/Meal Ministry: Shalom Circle provides free dinners on the first and third Wednesdays at 4:45 PM until the food runs out. Pick up only. Leave a message for the church office at 814-371-7777. Clothing is given out on the third Wednesday of the month.

Bus Stop Blessings: We pass out donated hygiene items and the occasional cup of soup to people waiting at the bus stop in front of the church. Leave a message for Linda Staples on the church office line at 814-371-7777. Donations are always welcome.

World Vision Child Sponsorships: An adult small group as well as some individuals and families sponsor children in emerging countries. More information available at https://www.worldvision.org/sponsor-a-child

Missions: Our church supports both domestic and world missions. Some of us have close ties to work in Unalakleet, Alaska. Others donate and pray regularly for believers in Mexico, Ecuador, Thailand, and Taiwan. See the map in the handicap entrance of the church for Bethany’s Missions.

Financial Support: Money that you donate in gratitude for what GOD has done for you is used to support our local service projects and missions as well as building maintenance, salaries, and the Great Lakes Conference and the Evangelical Covenant Church International. Tithes and offerings are gratefully received during worship services or online.
